In ICOF we believe that chaplain's goal is to assist individuals in finding inner strength from their own personal beliefs as they face life's challenges. As professionally trained chaplains in ICOF, our role is not to force our personal beliefs, but to encourage the person to claim theirs

We provide spiritual and emotional support, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting overall well-being for employees. Our services include offering confidential counseling, facilitating religious services, and helping individuals find meaning and purpose in their work.
